Engineering

Engineering plays a key role in our way of working. Using CAD-CAM and CNC simulation software, we help translate concepts into manufacturable components. This includes defining processes, supporting CNC programming and thinking along on tooling and automation where needed.

By working closely with customers and combining engineering with practical production knowledge, we help optimise components for both function and manufacturability. This results in a more reliable production process and components that fit seamlessly into the intended application.

We apply this engineering foundation in day-to-day production, with a strong focus on turning and machining. This is particularly valuable for components with cylindrical features, tight tolerances and high demands on process reliability.
